A Side Note on Inhaling Helium: The only way you can get damage from inhaling helium is if you continuously inhale vast quantities of it to the point that you're not getting enough "normal air/oxygen" (and actually when your lungs fill with helium you lose oxygen from your blood, as well) and you suffocate to death or you faint, but suffocation/fainting by helium requires perhaps a different method than just sucking it little by little. Otherwise, it is an inert gas, odorless and harmless to people. Feel free to google it for more info.
