Like any true liberal it's hard to accept fault. Rachel Maddow is placing blame on viewers for over hyping her release of Donald Trump's tax returns despite her ambiguous tweets and 20 minutes of build up before disclosing Donald Trump had one of the highest tax rates of any politician.
