This video is Part 2 of 2 - How to make the bread filling for stuffing a turkey. In the video I incorporate an extra step that my mother showed me that will make any filling recipe stand out from most other filling recipes.

Filling/Stuffing Ingredients for 1 batch
Filling/Stuffing is made with fresh bread, not stale.

2 – Large loafs of fresh bread = 22-24 sliced per loaf or a total of 15 cups cubed.
3 or 4 – Medium Onions. About 3 cups per batch.
½ tablespoon Salt.
½ tablespoon Pepper.
3 – Large Eggs
1- Stick Butter. = 1/4 lb. stick or 1/2 cup melted.
1 – Can 10.5 oz. Cream of Celery Soup. Do not use low calorie or fat free.
