I’ve written seven novels featuring Henry VIII at every stage in his life and through his many relationships. We see a comparatively insignificant birth as a second son in The White Princess, a merry and chivalrous prince in The Constant Princess, a dangerous husband in The Other Boleyn Girl and The Boleyn Inheritance, his descent into madness in The King’s Curse and his death in The Taming of the Queen. In my latest novel Three Sisters, Three Queens we see him as a treacherous brother, through the eyes of his sister Margaret.
