Tirunesh Dibaba hunting for the Worldrecord 10Km in Tilburg (Netherlands)! Published by Posecoach Nederland Jacky Ledeboer, http://www.fysioenzo.nl.
What a joy it was to see my favorite athlete running in REAL life. Amazing speed and beautiful, graceful running it was. Just a great example of good running skills, although she seems a little less efficient than some years before (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pd1QvX...). At that time there seems some waste of energy through excessive rotation of the upper body as well.

I only describe what I see. I do not dare to make any conclusions on what she does or intend to do as I just don't know. What I DO know is that there's a fine method (Posemethod) that worked well for me and enabled me (someone without any natural talent regarding running technique) to run with similar characteristics as this elite runner. Unfortunately I have to admit that BY FAR I'm not able to cover the distance that she does in one stride. I think I lack some of the Ethiopian spring-mechanism. I'm also a bit too lazy and old (-;.

BTW; Dibaba owns the WR on 5Km (14.11) and 15Km (46.28). She won gold on 10Km in the Olympics of 2008 and 2012. Recently in Moscow she became the new World champion on 10Km.
