Lenovo ThinkPad 13 Review

Lisa Gade reviews the most affordable ThinkPad, the new ThinkPad 13. The laptop is available in the usual matte black or silver and it weighs 3.17 lbs (1.44 kg).

It runs Windows 10 on Intel Skylake dual core 6th gen Core i3 and Core i5 CPUs. It’s available with 4, 8 or 16 gigs of DD4 RAM and there are a variety of SSD capacities. It has a full HD 1920 x 1080 matte non-touch display.

The ThinkPad 13 has an excellent keyboard with TrackPoint and a good trackpad. Dual band Intel 8260 WiFi 802.11ac with Bluetooth 4.1 is standard, as is a 720p webcam. This is the first ThinkPad Ultrabook to have a USB-C port. Pricing currently starts at $510.
