In this short video, Tibetan Buddhist meditation master Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche explains how he used the practice of meditation to transform the way he dealt with the crippling panic attacks and anxiety experienced as a child. He also shows how this approach can be used with any painful feeling or emotion.
