Here's how you can make your own Almond Flour for Macarons!

Ingredients:
2 cups (227 grams) of slivered blanched almonds

Directions:
In a small food processor, grind the almonds until they become a fine powder (I like to do it in batches to make sure it's as fine as possible). Then process it through a sieve and return the leftover large bits to the processor and re-grind. Use for macarons or any other recipe requiring almond flour or almond meal.
