Here's some info you might find useful 1. That car takes 6.4 Quarts of oil 2. It takes 0W-30 or 0W-40 full synthetic 3. To oil filter cap is 32mm Hope you find it useful. Cheers :-)

use full synthetic oil, either 5-30 or european formula 0-40, and don't change the oil every 15k miles but every 5-6 thousands miles

the 2.0t/T holds 6 quarts of oil. it's a damn shame these cars hold so much for a 4 cylinder

I have a 2002 Saab 95 with 205,000 miles. I use Mobile 1 oil, 5W30 and change it at 6,000. she still runs great. Long live SAAB.

Good video Matthew.  I had my 08's Liner's oil replaced yesterday and vowed to do it myself the next time.  It would save me a lot of money.  I did goof up on the oil.  I put into it Valvoline 10w40 whereas it should've gone for 5W30.  Oh well.  Next i am pretty sure i will go for the Mobil1 0W.  Thanks again, a fellow Saabian
