IU Health Sports Performance and Andretti Autosport are teaming up to get fit for the Indianapolis 500! Each week, we'll post a new fitness challenge and then help you put it all together at the end.

Week 2 challenge: Planks and side planks are a great full-body exercise. Find a plank series that works best for you and hold those planks for 15-30 seconds. Do as many as you can while maintaining proper form.
