Av tried mkate wa tambi and it came out really nice its just av added egg whites n it was really yummy. I'm from Mombasa Kenya but I live in Tanzania and I really like your recipes I even bought your recipe books.

Salamun Alaikum, By 350 degress , do you mean Fehrenheit or Celcius ? I just have 250 degrees Celcius in my oven.

You can use chicken but just keep in mind that chicken cooks faster than beef, so be careful not to overcook the chicken as it will be mushy.
