Black Garlic is a pretty simple concept, but very hard to execute at home. To get Black Garlic you need to have garlic ferment at 140-150F for 30-40 days.
I used as follows:
1) Manual Crockpot or slow cooker - http://www.extrafudge.com/ref/amzn.to...
2) A Thermostat Regulator - Digital F/C PID TD4-SNR Temperature Controller - http://www.extrafudge.com/ref/amzn.to...
Since the crockpot uses less than 3amps you don't need a relay.
3) Thermocouple Temperature Control K Type Sensor Probe - http://www.extrafudge.com/ref/amzn.to...
