Augusta, Georgia - The Occupy Wall Street version in Augusta is seems to change approach. The Augusta Commons was built with taxpayers money to honor freedom of speech and freedom of assembly but apparently not to promote those constitutional rights. You can play all day long there, hang out talking about anything but you have to ask permission to the police to enjoy your constitutional rights of assembly to voice your grievances to the government. Go figure.
