The first time I ever tasted 'curry' was in a chip shop in England. It was this weird yellowy green colour, and it may have had sultanas in it. It's nothing like a proper Indian curry, of course, but still delicious poured over a plate of chips. I haven't actually had the real thing for probably years or more, but I had a hankering for it the other day, so I decided to figure out how to make it. In this video recipe I show you how quick and easy it is to make chip shop curry sauce.
