@tjb70 Yeah, I noted that. In his view, the image of Harriet possibly seems no more outrageous than his goth Mary Shelley, or other images he's drawn of certain characters. In the US, a white comedian would probably avoid talking about an African-American figure unless they worked for the Wayan brothers--because they don't want to cross the line.

I love the Mark Steel lectures, but I find this one quite racist. I'm American. Harriet Tubman is a national hero here. The woman portraying her here propagates racist sterotypes. For shame, Mr. Steel!
