The MakerBot Replicator prints on a heated build platform. The ABS plastic sticks very well, in fact sometimes it is difficult to remove the print when it is finished. I have tried a number of tools and techniques, and so far the best removal tool has been the Cricut Spatula, by Provo Craft. If you have a different suggestion, please leave a comment. I am not saying the Cricut is the best tool, just that it is the best I have found so far!
