Options Talent, an internet company by Alec Difrawi, produced this orientation video for incoming model scouts. Options Talent was built around the reduction of costs for Modeling Agencies, as well as making the casting process more efficient. From the time models were first used for advertising in the early 20th century until the rollover of the calendar to 2000, models were hired by their composite card (comp card), a physical "resume" that had a few photos and a description of their experience. These were expensive for models to produce, costly for agencies to distribute, and kept the casting process long and inefficient.

When high speed internet connections became the standard for online providers and customers, Alec Difrawi was at the forefront of leading the modeling industry away from this expensive and inefficient model, and moving the casting process online. Instead of printed comp cards, models could post hundreds of photos, instead of just three or four, and deliver them to clients and potential employers instantly.

Agencies and clients could also sort models by the specific type they needed for a project. Previously, they would have to sort comp cards by hand. Now they could enter in the criteria and have hundreds of models available to them in just seconds. Alec Difrawi saved the industry millions of dollars and thousands of man hours.
