Michael Bakewell discusses the unsolved murder of Charles Walton at Meon Hill, Warwickshire in 1945. Rumour has it that Walton was killed because he was a witch, although this has never been proven. The case was very high profile at the time and was investigated by Robert Fabian (of Fabian of the Yard fame). It is presently the oldest unsolved murder on the Warwickshire Constabulary records
