The Possible Dreams International Choir are a group of young people from the lubombo mountains of Swaziland who sing for those who are HIV infected and living with extreme poverty, malnutrition and endemic disease.
Their CD "Voices for the voiceless" will be available on itunes this week featuring traditional inspirational Swazi music and two songs donated by Brendan Graham and Rolf Lovland composers of worldwide Smash hit 'You raise me up'.
100% of profits go towards the work of Possible Dreams International in the rural areas of Swaziland.
