I designed this cup to have a .04" diameter stem and unfortunately it broke while printing.

I designed this part to test the limits of my printer.

After this part failed, I changed my design to have a .1" diameter stem which worked fine.

I probably could have printed a third cup with a .06" diameter stem, but did not try to.

The cup is 1" high by .5" in diameter.
The base of the cup is .04" thick and the side walls of the cup are .04" as well.
