ITIL is a set of concepts offering best practice for IT operations, infrastructure and development. ITIL answers the questions of how to get the most information out of users in order to provide better service, how to setup a HelpDesk in your environment and the different types of Helpdesks and services in them. A brief overview of ITIL's position, and how it works as a case study of Capital University Law School. Will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of a variety of models.
