Fully automated extraction of drug metabolites from hair samples for GC or LC analysis. In this example THC metabolites are extracted for GC-TOFMS analysis. The hair sample is washed, retaining the wash for analysis, before digestion, extraction of target metabolites, derivatisation of target compounds and injection into the GC.
