Michael Stürzenberger was sentenced to six months in jail for posting a historical fact to his Facebook account in Germany. This is a stunning example of postmodern interpretation of law. In essense, the judge claimed that because a person could interpret the image in a way that was defamatory to islam, then Micheal should be punished for posting the image as it could be interpreted that way.
This opens the door to selective enforcement in a way the world has not seen since the Soviet Union, outside of course, of Iran, North Korea, and other theocracies and totalitarian states.
