A film to show how much traffic Bradford on Avon is subject to even on a quiet Thursday evening at 9:30pm.

There are no shops or supermarkets open at this time of night and driveres would not be returning from their work. The problem for pedestrians is that the bridge has narrow pavements that have sunk, in some cases below the legal limit and once the bridge is crossed pedestrians need to cross the road as there are no pavements beyond the mini-roundabout exit to Market Street (A 363)

Pedestrians are subject to stress which is compounded by the poor visibilty at the roundabout end. A fall from the bridge would be either fatal or result in a serious injury as the river is rarely deep enough to break the fall of anyone who were to fall from the bridge.
