30 seconds sprints with 90 seconds break. Repeat 6 times. Include a 5 minute warmup and 3 minute cool down. Feel free to use a treadmill, bike, elliptical, hills, jump rope. Anywhere anytime. Make sure when you sprint for 30 seconds that you challenge yourself. The rest period is less intense but still moving. Have fun and let me know how it goes!
