Included in Half-Life Alpha v 0.52 are 15 working dem files recorded by someone at Valve (perhaps Gabe himself?) showcasing almost all of the available singleplayer levels. This video is a montage of every demo.

Note: You'll likely notice that most of the model animations appear to be quite choppy. This is a visual artifact caused by the demo playback, probably because these demos were recorded on an older version of the engine. However, these demos provide unique insight into a number of features that don't work in the current build of the alpha, namely the fully functioning Human Sergeant enemy (5:23, 7:50) aka monster_human_assault aka the "YOU'RE DEAD! YOU HEAR ME? DEAD!" guy with the minigun.

Note 2: This video was recorded in the software renderer which possesses a number of additional working HUD elements and particle effects that don't display in the hardware accelerated renderer.
