Tim Sanders is an inexorable advocate for good values in the business world. His first book, Love is the Killer App, showed how people who share generously can achieve professional success. His second book, The Likeability Factor: How to Boost Your L-Factor and Achieve Your Life's Dreams explores four aspects of likeability that you can measure and improve—friendliness, relevance, empathy, and realness. Both books have become New York Times bestsellers and The Likeability Factor has served as the basis for both PBS and 20/20 television specials, showing how to achieve life's dreams by increasing your own likeability factor. Sanders's latest book, Saving the World at Work: What Companies and Individuals Can do to Move from Making a Profit to Making a Difference, will be published in September, 2008. The book covers social corporate responsibility, green business trends, and the power of one person to make a difference at work. From 2001 to 2003, Tim Sanders served as the Chief Solutions Officer at Yahoo!, delivering next-generation marketing programs to world class brands. He continues to advise business and public sector leaders on next generation strategies.
