New Year's Eve celebration at Sun City Palm Desert (SCPD) is a solid tradition. Tickets for this affair were sold out in less than two hours. Everyone raved about the gormet dinner, the 'over the top' decorations and the outstanding entertainment for listening and dancing. Sun City Palm Desert is an active adult community of about 9,000 active seniors living life to the fullest. We are located about half way between Los Angeles and San Diego near Palm Springs in the beautiful Coachella Valley, home to over 120 golf courses. We are known to be the 'golf capital' of the world and a vacation destination for the 'rich and famous'. SCPD is a gated community of 4,985 single homes, two championship golf courses, driving range and several practice areas, 2 pro shops, 3 clubhouses, 3 restaurants, on-site post office, 10 tennis courts, bocce courts, 2 state-of-the-art fitness centers complete with trainers, a fishing pond, softball diamond, dance studio for step classes, yoga, etc., wonderful lending library, movie auditorium, ballroom, 4 swimming pools (one indoors), numerous meeting rooms and over 70 activity clubs and resident groups. Please give me a call if this sounds like the home you have been searching for. My name is Linda Novick and I am a resident at SCPD and specialize in adult communities.
