Is weather an Issue? Can't get your cardio in? Or just looking for something different? Well Peak Fitness has you covered. Today we will be doing Ladder Drills. This can be done inside, and in as fast as 10 minutes, giving you good intense workout to help burn calories and remove fat.

Don't have an Agility ladder? Not a problem, be creative. Use tape and make each rung 12 inches x 12 inches x 15 feet long. Or use chalk, or just your imagination.

The workout:

1) Up and Downs- up and down the ladder is 1 rep, do a total of 4 reps
2) In and Outs- Up and down the ladder is 1 rep, do a total of 4 reps
3) Shuffles- Up and Down the ladder is 1 rep, do a total of 4 reps
4) Ali Shuffles- up and down the ladder is 1 rep, do a total of 4 reps

Do all 4 exercises for 1 set. Do at least 1 set, but go for 2.
