Flax seed is a new find for me, I love it, its full of omega 3, high in fibre and great as a low carb snack!

Ingredients are :

1 cup measure of cold milled flax seed
1/3 cup measure of parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup measure of water

put your flaxseed in a bowl, add the grated parmesan, mix together, add the salt then water and away you mix! its so simple

put in the oven at 130-140 ( mine is a fan assisted oven) basically just a medium heat so they dont over cook too quick and keep them in for between 15-18 mins.

These little babies are great even if you arent on a low carb diet, I promise you will love them!!! enjoy!!!
