Texas Tech researcher James Cokendolpher, a research scientist and assistant curator of invertebrates at The Museum of Texas Tech University, is investigating a newly discovered arachnid.
Parobisium yosemite was discovered a couple of years ago in a cave in Yosemite National Park. This cave-dewlling species is considered unique because it is able to live in granite rockfalls instead of limestone caves where most other species live.
