“Nashville” Chicken Salad
Yield: 1½ lbs.
Portion: 6 (4 oz.) servings

Ingredients:
- 2/3 C Texas Pete® Hot Sauce
- 1 lb. Chicken Salad, pre-made
- Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning, for dusting pickles
- 12 Pickle slices, drained, wet

Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix Texas Pete® Hot Sauce with chicken salad and let sit for one hour before serving.
- In a small bowl, dust pickle slices with Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning, set aside for service.
- When ready to serve, place 2 sliced pickles on top of each portion.
