Watch a timelapse of a full day of work for a team of programmers doing Mob Programming. Mob Programming is very similar to Pair Programming, but the whole team works together on the same "problem" at the same time at the same computer.
We work like this every day, 5 days a week.
We use high quality projectors as dual monitors. The team constists of programmers, QA, and a "coach", plus customers whenever possible.
Yoiu are watching Test Driven Development, Whole Team, On-Site Customer, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration, Small Releases, Coding Standards, Sitting Together, Energized Work, User Stories, Continuous Improvement, Resharpening the Saw, and Sustainable Pace at work on a real team doing real work for a real company.
This technique has been pioneered by Woody Zuill, Dexter Baga, Chris Scripca, Aaron Griffith - and the rest of the dev team - at Hunter Industries.
