We tracked down the earliest example of motoring technology that can still be found. Hidden away in the English Countryside near Cambridge was a part of automotive history, an 1884 DeDion et Bouton, and Trepardeux. It was a coal fired steam propelled carriage. Its probably the oldest auto still running anywhere in the world. It was invented before the first gasoline powered car.
