Each semester, Carrie's Café reinvents itself with a new menu, wait-staff, management and cooks -- they're all students enrolled in restaurant management at Missouri State University. This class offers tasty items to the community using many fresh local ingredients, and the one staple item on their menu each semester are Moroccan Rolls. Abbe Ehlers, senior instructor in hospitality and restaurant administration, shows how to prepare this delectable dish.

Carrie's Café is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. throughout much of the spring and fall semesters. Carrie's is located on the fourth floor of the Professional Building, located at Kimbrough and Cherry. Free parking is available during operational hours. Reservations are requested but not required. Call (417) 836-4409 to make a reservation. Visit www.missouristate.edu/hra for more information.
