You will need:
1 pack of firm tofu 1-2 nests of noodles (I use rice noodles) Root ginger (lots) 3 cloves of garlic 1 chilli 4 spring onions A couple of handfuls of wild garlic (seasonal) 1 dessert spoon full of miso paste Soy Sauce Olive Oil A good squeeze of agave syrup (optional but recommended)
