FIR was lodged with the police Station, Pipli in Kurukshetra District / animals were downloaded in a Gaushala at Taravadi up to court trial, animals were downloaded in a very cruel manner as the vehicles were not designed as per the specification of the Indian standard Institution. We are trying to get orders from the local court to pass an order to abide the law & animals should be reloaded in a vehicle as per No's specified in the P.C.A Act, 1960 / Vehicle should be as per ISI specifications / directions for owners to obtained a certificate from the Chairman, Animal welfare Board of India before reloading. We have demanded the central / state Govt. to review the punishments for violation of the P.C.A Act, 1960.Sh. Girdhari Lal, advocate opposed the release of all animals on behalf of OIPA / PFA Haryana & animals were kept in the custody of Gaushala - animals released after local court orders & animals were reloaded in the same style, in the same vehicles in the presence of Police & local activists.
Naresh Kadyan moved a RTI petition before the India Army about supply of the animals.
Indian Army replied that this is the contractor responsibility to transport animals.
