Free workout sessions will be held from 7 am to 11 am. Workouts are 45 minutes long with classes in Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Zumba®. On Wednesdays, June 3–September 2, Wednesday Yoga is offered 7:30–8:15am. For more information, visit www.millenniumpark.org.
