Just got off work and then decided to head out to Cobb County to do some recordings. I still remember the older buses that were in the fleet before the RTS Novas, the D40LFs, D40LFRs, and the MCIs came around, and it was the 1989 L10/ Flxibles, the 6V92 TMCs, & the 1994 M11 Flxibles until the S50EGR D40LFs replaced them in 2004. In 2005 CCT ordered more S50EGR D40LFs to replace the last of the Flxibles. The TMC RTS were made in 1989 but ran in service for nearly 20 years until 2008, and that was the same time when a few 2008 ISM D40LFs came along. Now the newest buses in the fleet are the 2010 ISL9 D40LFRs, and so far theres only 6 of them, but who knows CCT might order more D40LFRs to replace the RTS Novas either later this year or sometime next year. One more thing that MARTA C40LFR at the very end of this vid is the only MARTA bus (Route 12) at this Center! Enjoy the video! :-)
