This mini video audit seeks to identify some quick fixes to help you improve your search rankings, improve the user experience, and convert more visits into sales. Some of the questions I can help you answer include:

1) How well is your website promoting your business?
2) How are your pages ranking in the Google search results?
3) Is it getting many visits?
4) Are visitors engaging with your content?
5) Are they finding everything they're looking for?
6) How is your website doing relative to competing websites?

In an attempt to educate small business and website owners about search engine optimization, I've launched a new website analysis series on the Karpos Media blog. I'll be looking at several factors that affect a site's ranking in the Google search results as well as its ability to convert visitors into customers. I'll be looking at onsite considerations such as navigation and internal linking, headings, use of images, page load speed, microformats, robots.txt and xml sitemaps.

Offsite factors such as inbound links, domain authority, citations, and Google+ Local optimization will also be examined in the mini audit. Although preference will be given to local business websites, I will attempt to examine as many different types of sites as possible. These website reviews will identify problem areas and provide SEO tips and recommendations to help you get more out of your website.
