Jerry Schnoor. University of Iowa Policy Matters: Water
For most Americans, water seems inexhaustible and inexpensive. But this apparent abundance disguises substantial political challenges—including the uneven distribution of water (nationally and globally) and the substantial cost and complexity of managing water as it is consumed by—and then disposed by--urban, agricultural, and industrial users. This session gives an overview that examines these challenges as part of a class on Public Policy.
