Warning...This is more of a spanish vlog (there is some english in it) but for the most part its in spanish! My husband is fully spanish speaking so its easier for him to say what he is doing in spanish..that is why when he comes on my videos we speak spanish.
however I wanted to make this video along with my husband to show you guys how we make the famous frijoles puercos, guacamole and mulitas. We dont always eat this way but we do on occasion treat ourselves to some very delicious mexican food! hope u guys enjoy it and please like if u enjoy watching cooking videos!

Recipe for the foods we showed

GUACAMOLE (serves about 4)
4 to 5 avocados
half of a white onion
3 to 4 tomatoes (or to linking)
cilantro (about a handful) or to liking
lime 1 big size 1 small size (or you can use a big yellow lemon) again to your liking,
Salt

FRIJOLES PUERCOS serves about 4
about 1 to 1/2 lb of CHORIZO seco (dry) usually sold where you get your meats at a grocery store.
1 sun vista can of beans (if you wish to make your own you can, here we used canned beans to make faster).
about 1/2 lb of cotija cheese (you can buy the cheese already prepared and crumbled) but in this case we bought the bar of cheese and crumbled it up ourselves.
Salsa huitchol sauce. (this gives the beans their spicy taste)
onion (about half of a half just to give taste)
chile de arbol (which is the spicy red chili) just use 3 or 4 (or to liking, this is optional)

MULITAS (this is up to you how many you want to make)
Corn Tortillas
Meat (ranchera) about 1/2 lb (that is what we used)
Garlic Salt
pepper
Goya seasoning (the seasoning u use for all meats chicken, fish and meats)
Onion (this is optional for taste)
