Exercises for abductors and adductors using a paper cup. Very very hard, perfect for class settings!
Stabilize the cup with two fingers only, lightly pressing down from the top (cup´s bottom upside down!)!
ACHTUNG: Becher nur mit 2 Fingern von oben (Becherunterseite umgedreht) durch leichten Druck stabilisieren!!!
