This is a tutorial on how to make your videos HD using Sony Vegas Pro 10.0

**STEPS**
Step 1: Open up Sony Vegas Pro 10.0
Step 2: Go to "File", then click on "New"
Step 3: Look at "Template" and click on HDV 720-30p (1280x720, 29.970 fps)
Step 4: Put "Frame Rate" as "29.970 (NTSC)
Step 5: Set "Pixel Format" as "8 Bit"
Step 6: Put "Full resolution rendering quality" as "Best"
Step 7: Click on "Adjust source media" etc..
Step 8: Set the ruler as SMPTE EBU (25 fps, video)
Step 9: Find a video you want to make HD and you drag it to Sony Vegas
Step 10: Click on "File" then click on "Render as" DON'T CLICK SAVE AS
Step 11: Set the name of your video
Step 12: Set type as "Windows Media Video V11 (.wmv)
Step 13: Click on "Custom"
Step 14: Name your Template "YouTube 720p HD Rendering Template
Step 15: Click on "Include audio"
Step 16: Set "Mode" as "CBR"
Step 17: Set "Format" as "Windows Media Audio 9.2"
Step 18: Set "Attributes" as "64 kbps, 28 kHz, stereo (A/V) CBR
