Day 2 was good, I got lots of energy. Day 3 was THE WORST EVER, I was hungry, tired and just wanted to go eating everything I saw. Day 4 was better, got my energy back!! Day 5 was the best yet, I weighed myself and saw that I had lost over 7 LBS in 5 days, made me want to go on for the 40 days with this diet.
