The first flight of the day for Masten Space Systems' XA-0.1B-750 rocket vehicle. http://www.masten-space.com/ This is a run using up almost all of the propellants. Flight 26 for the vehicle.
The wind is at about 15 knots, with gusts to 20 or 25. The rocket uses an intertial measurement unit and a GPS unit to know where it is and hold position.
It's a bit close to the concrete, and dug a crater about three inches deep. Flying bits of molten concrete lit some nearby bushes on fire. Dave Masten, the CEO of MSS, and Randall Clague of XCOR put them out.
