Hoopmamma teaches STALLS

Stalls are "The power to hold your hoop in place, and move it wherever you want it to go!", says Hoopmamma.

This intriguing move is simpler than it looks! In order to stall your hoop, hold it level, in place as you move your body. Stalls are all about creating the illusion that your hoop is floating around your body, or in a vertical or horizontal plane. In order to acheive this effect, you will need to master keeping the hoop level throughout your movement. This is best practiced in front of a mirror, or with a friend who can critique your performance. It requires focus and concentration at first, but will soon become second nature.
