Jenny Finn is a writer, teacher, speaker, artist, and mother. She is devoted to living radically wholehearted and to the magic present in every moment. Whether she is writing, speaking, or teaching Jenny fosters greater intimacy with all of life by creatively facing the darkness so that we can courageously step into the light. Living from the creativity and wisdom of the present moment, Jenny offers original and edgy experiences for self-exploration that are born out of spontaneity. Jenny is confident in this time of great ecological challenge, that when we start by exploring the depths of our own hearts, we will find greater connection with each other and the planet. Jenny lives on an urban farm with her husband and children where they grow organic veggies, raise chickens and bees, and make delicious jam. She is deeply committed to practices that keep her in her breathing body which include walking, running, dancing, playing music, yoga, cooking and eating delicious food, hugging her family a lot, and more. She is grateful for all of her teachers who taught her how to live more wakefully and devotedly.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
