In just three minutes, this video will tell you how you can save a life. Watch it, share it, act. This may be the most important three minutes of your life. http://www.thelifeyoucansave.org

"On your way to work you walk by a pond. To your surprise you see a little girl in it. Splashing, struggling. Drowning. You look around - where are her parents? But no one else is there. Would you wade in to save her? Of course. But wait, if you do, you'll ruin your favorite pair of shoes. Expensive shoes. Forget the shoes. Shoes are nothing compared to a life. But what if the girl was drowning in a pond in Africa? Would you change your answer? Or if the girl was dying because her parents couldn't afford a simple treatment for diarrhea - a treatment that you can provide for the cost of an expensive pair of shoes? It's not hypothetical. There are children dying right now. Needless deaths. Preventable deaths. You can save lives. And you can keep your favorite shoes..."
