"The Big Bang Theory" is nominated for two Golden Globe awards, and the cast couldn't be more excited.

"It just felt unexpected, that's why we're all so thrilled," Kaley Cuoco tells ET about the show's nod for Best Television Series (Comedy or Musical).

Jim Parsons, who snagged a Best Actor in a TV Comedy or Musical nomination, confesses, "I didn't even get up to watch. I don't know, I'm not normally pessimistic but I didn't think it was going to happen. No offense to myself or to us, but I just didn't."

"They haven't recognized a multi-camera show in a long time now," Johnny Galecki points out.

"Six years," the cast chimes in.

But everyone wants to know -- what will blonde beauty Kaley be wearing to the black tie bash?

"I'm not wearing this, that's all I can say," she jokes, gesturing to a cast on her foot. The actress broke her leg in a horseback riding accident earlier this year.

"The Big Bang Theory" airs Thursday nights on CBS, and the 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards airs on January 16 on NBC.
